How the fuck does that even happen??? Wow.

Not sure, but it might be pre-historic and most definitly an EXTREME unliveable condition cold. Such as an Ice age or something.

I was doing some searching about moving water freezing because it's a very rare occurance and must be very cold to happen and found this video:

Not a tidal wave, just regular waves VERY small in comparison, but still cool.
